Summary: This was a wonderful condo for our family of 4. Everything was clean and comfortable and the owner was incredibly friendly. He even provided local restaurant recommendations. We were about 15 minutes from beaches and everywhere we wanted to go. Great stay! Hong to come back next year.

Summary: Very clean and comfortable condo. The whole area was pretty quiet and laid back. There was only a short walk to the community pool which was great. I recommend this stay for anyone who wants a place not as hectic and busy as a stay on Route 1 can be.

Summary: Condo was perfect for our family. My daughter is 18mo and my son is 5. We enjoyed the cleanliness and convenience Mike’s Condo offered. Communication and service was great as we are new to the rental options. Better than a hotel. Truly felt like home 5Star!

Summary: Great condo in a quiet gated community. The condo was new and spotless. Michael was there to greet us and hand over the keys. He provided very helpful tips on local things to do. Nice pool facilities and was able to fish off marina on the bay. Quick drive to beaches and boardwalk. Would definitely go back again.

Summary: The condo was well equipped with everything one might need. The pool was lovely. The beds comfy. The location was perfect for us and our plans. I enjoyed coming back to a place that was not in the hustle and bustle of a beach town.

Summary: My son and I came to town for a graduation and this location was such a treasure. It was just right for what we needed. The location was perfect for all of our needs. Restaurants, shopping and the beach really close by. The condo itself was super nice. Mike was a pleasure to work with and was very informative.
