Positive: Loved that this was right by the river and we saw elk one evening on the other side hanging out. We also saw a little herd of deer coming down the road to our property another evening. The hot tub was wonderful and you can look up at the stars. Totally enjoyed the pool table, and the kids had entertainment that was not on their phone!

Negative: The road is a little rough getting down to the house, but during the fall when there is no snow, there is no problem for our SUV

Summary: Would totally stay here again!

Positive: The view was absolutely stunning. The hot tub and the pool table were an amazing touch. We loved how open and cozy the main room was. The porch is gorgeous and spacious.

Negative: Not all of the windows had covers. The ones in the kitchen were completely exposed. The placement of the toilet in the first bathroom made us feel a little claustrophobic being so close to the wall and shower. We could not get the dvd player to work, which wasn't a huge deal.

Positive: This property couldn’t have been more perfect for my sister, and I. We enjoyed our coffee sitting along the riverbank, to log on the fire and fell asleep to movies. Enjoyed making coffee in the spacious kitchen and goofing off at the pool table. We just felt so at home there and it provided everything we needed. Whenever we had a question, it was answered immediately and friendly!

Negative: I didn’t like the fact that I had to leave!

Summary: This place felt like home. And couldn’t have been more perfectly located!

Positive: The time we spent at the cabin was such a delightful stay. From the communication of the owner to the outstanding cleanliness and the early morning songs coming from the Hummingbirds. At night the stars can be seen, beautiful Awesome!! Just a perfect distance from the main highlights of downtown Estes park and wanting a quiet serene. I can't forget the pool table that was so much FUN.. haven't played in a long time.Truly recommend staying at the Cabin on the River. Will go again.

Negative: There was nothing I really didn't like . The only concern I see is that I think you may need a new shower head in the first bathroom..other then that. That bathroom is great very nice love the Big mirror!!

Positive: Location was beautiful. Arrived early in the summer season, during the first of snow melt. The small creek on site was a beautiful river during our stay. The home is clean and is as advertised.

Negative: The property is managed by a third party company. They ask that guests download a separate app to sign additonal documents. I only causes more confusion as you have too many places to search for information, instead of it all being consolidated to one site on booking.com.
