Waterfront duet home, at Drifter's Marina, is one of the few legal properties capable of being a daily/weekly vacation rental on the lake. The Main level has open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living areas, plus a large deck over looking the lake. The deck is shaded and perfect for BBQ's or having cocktails. The Upper level has a spacious Master Bedroom with a balcony and gorgeous Master Bath with jetted tub, separate shower, & walk in closet. 2 additional bedrooms, plus a loft with a sleeper sofa, and a large full bath that is separated for many people to enjoy at once with privacy! There's a laundry room with washer/dryer in the event you need to do laundry. Kid friendly as we supply board games, puzzles, DVD's, & sleds for the winter. 2 Car Garage (only 1 space in the garage currently) and driveway provide the space for your boat and vehicles. Walk to Drifter's Restaurant & Marina, but know you're far enough away for peace & quiet. Enjoy the best of Lake Tulloch!!

Summary: I would not stay here again. We paid for 5 nights and had to leave after only 2 nights due to an ant infestation in the kitchen, bathroom and upstairs where our daughter slept. We asked the owner for a refund multiple times for the 3 nights that we did not stay but he would not respond. Not only did we have to leave the unit, but we had to scramble last minute to find somewhere to stay in order to salvage our vacation. After planning for this trip for months and all of us taking a week off work, we only had 2 days at our new location that we were able to enjoy. My family was extremely sad. Furthermore, the pictures on the VRBO website make the unit look far more appealing than it is in person. It is a unit all the way at the back of the outlet and very difficult to get in and out of the water – I believe most people wouldn’t be able to. Lastly, when sitting on the very small deck, the view of the water is mostly blocked by trees.

Summary: Start to finish was seamless, Jeff ran the rental like a well oiled machine. Everything from a pizza cutter to plastic glassware to take a walk to the dock. Truly not one detail missed. Cannot wait to visit again and enjoy this beautiful on the water condo. 😎😎

Summary: Everything was perfect with the house as well as location on the lake. Grocery store and restaurants are close by as well as great wineries and shops! Owner was always available for communication.

Summary: This was our 2nd yr and loved it as much as the 1st. Jeff, the owner is so responsive and enjoy working w him. He arranged a boat slip for us and the process couldn't be easier. Pls keep ur place forever.....for us! ;0)
