Positive: The property was exactly what we wanted. The unit had a separate bedroom, washer and dryer, and a kitchen. All of the amenities of a home. The pool was a great way to start the morning. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area.

Negative: There was nothing about this property that we did not like. Everything was way above par.

Negative: I had made the reservation several months in advance and was not expecting to be told you had no 2 bedroom apartment available for us. On arrival we were put into a handicap 2 bedroom and were told we would have to vacate it and move the next day for our second night. While this wasn’t total disaster , it was very inconvenient, one member of my group is 83 . Your staff helpfully stored our coolers full of perishable items in their air conditioned storage room. We do enjoy the accommodations at Angels Camp Worldmark, and shall probably return.

Positive: Staff was exceptional! Chad and Cory made sure I had everything i needed and made sure my stay was in every way the most comfortable. I recommend this place to everyone i know. Will stay here again.

Positive: We loved that the hot tubs are scattered around the resort, meaning there was one just near us. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We also loved the fireplace.

Negative: That the coffee shop was closed during our stay (Tuesday and Wednesday).

Positive: The facility was exactly what we needed. The amenities were used and a highlight for the family, especially the pool. The staff were amazing an helped us deal with an issue with our room. They communicated well and responded promptly. We will definitely return.

Negative: We had an issue with our bedroom light/fan turning on at random times in the night. It woke us up several times by turning on. We called maintenance and they came right away. They fixed the problem by changing our fan frequency. Apparently this has happened a lot with the recent fan/light install.

Summary: We had a wonderful and relaxing time making memories as a family, at this beautiful location!
