Positive: The location of the property is phenomenal. You can see the ocean from the balcony. How about the walking distance to the beach? Kids don’t want to leave till 8pm. They just looooooved playing on the beach. Host Glenyss was very friendly and helpful. She responded messages quickly and even checked on us during our stay whether everything was ok. The property has a fully equipped kitchen which came very handy especially at night—some simple and quick meals for family are easy to make. We were even left some chocolate and chips—we didn’t need them the first day but second day OMG kids were so hungry from water playing…every snack helps. 😂 I also love the deco of the property. Full of nature touch, neutral colours and modern design.

Negative: Some minor issues-rangehood not working. Masteroom bathroom glass door needs to be fixed for sealing water from leaking out when having shower.

Summary: The short distance to the beach is a HUGE plus!!

Positive: The location is fantastic across the road from a beautiful beach. The sound of the ocean and the view from the balcony was lovely. Comfortable beds, good kitchen and easy parking.

Negative: Unfortunately, the view of the beach was a let down as the windows/sliding door weren't clean and were hard to see through. The advertised view was the main reason we booked this accommodation. The balcony and outdoor furniture hadn't been cleaned for our stay.

Positive: We really liked the accommodation. It was very comfortable and the location right by the sea was excellent. There are great hiking trails nearby and the centre of Prost Stevens/Nelson Bay is not far away. If we didn't live so far away, we would love to come back often.

Positive: Lovely decor, comfortable beds, excellent/beautiful view, lockup garage and friendly communication. Overall a nice place to stay.

Negative: Tea/basic facilities not well stocked eg. no black tea bags, only earl grey and peppermint & no replacement garbage bags; Could have been better cleaned as felt the need to wipe down surfaces with antiseptic wipes before use; outdoor furniture was dirty; washing machine made banging noises. Nothing that couldn’t be fixed with better between-visitor cleans. Front door locking system seemed hit and miss.

Summary: Overall nice place to stay but needs better maintenance between visitors.
