Summary: First 2 days I got room service on the third day didn’t get it. Told the front desk and all they said is we are sorry. Excellent valet service helps with bags and brings car/truck around in decent time

Summary: The room was so nice and so clean! Excellent customer service! Literally right next to the convention center which was so convenient! The shower was awesome, kinda felt like a waterfall type feel but with really good water pressure!! Loved the lighting fixtures in the room, very unique! Highly recommend this hotel!!

Summary: Hotel is beautiful and everything was great except. Unfortunately in the evening the AC kept making a loud noise. It sounded like extremely loud knock that would happen every hr, making hard to sleep. When I told the front desk at checkout they said they would look into it but didn't offer anything else. I was a bit disappointed considering everything else.
