Positive: The location is amazing, just walking distance from a tourist attraction and a short bolt journey to the old town. During our stay we were also informed of the Saturday night market which takes place on the same street as the property. The facilities are amazing and the places are spacious and clean.

Negative: Nothing, it was perfect for our group.

Summary: 10/10 would definitely recommend to those travelling in groups

Positive: The apartment is huge and the layout is very good. It’s also very close to the old town and less than a 5 min walk from a temple. The pool is well kept and a great addition to the property.

Negative: No issues with the property.

Positive: Location is good. Staff is help and polite. We 12 adult book the 2 entire apartment (no 23, 24) .Overall we are satisfied and enjoy during our stay thanks to Chalie, Jennie and staff.

Positive: Nice, large spacious apartment. Beds for about 10 people, but we were a party of 5. Good to have access to washing machine and dryer, and nice cafe out the front. The manager, Charlie, provided excellent service and booked us on 2 great tours (elephant and cooking class), as well as organising us a great table at a good restaurant for new years eve Charlie was also particularly honest. When booking us on elephant tour, Charlie was told that our 10 year old needed to pay adult price and we paid accordingly. The day after tour, Charlie came to us and said that the tour company had given the wrong information and our 10 year old should have only been charged child price. He then produced 400 thai baht and promptly refunded us.

Negative: The apartment itself needs some TLC, (painting etc) but nicely furnished. Although I am sure it's common in Thailand, wasn't a fan of the padlock lock on the apartment entrance. There is not much sound proofing with road outside and can get a bit noisy. Bed mattresses were quite hard, however we still got a good night sleep.

Negative: - A lot of mosquito in the room. Don’t know where it come from - Musty smell in the room coz no window in the room

Positive: The location is great as it's located in the middle of the town. There's also a cafe just in front of the property and we absolutely love the coffee! The property is also very clean and it accommodated us who came in a group of 8 well!

Negative: We thought the washing machine and dryer are provided exclusively in the house but apparently they are provided in the main building and need to be shared with the other occupants. Same goes with the ironing tools. The sharing is okay but we hope there can be an extra washing machine in the laundry area.

Summary: To sum up our stay it was great! The host was also very nice and accommodating
