Positive: A very nice house. It doesn't happen often that photos are true to what you are getting. Everything is well thought out - rooms are fully equipped with everything you would need. There is a well quipped kitchen, plenty of pillows in bedrooms (was very appreciated by me), there was even an iron that my mum absolutely had to use :-) The house is clean and well maintained. Staying there was definitely a good experience on its own, on top of everything else we did in Chiang Mai.
Negative: Locating the property was a bit of an ordeal as our Grab driver dropped us some 50m away from it. I used the actual address as specified on the site in the Grab app. What helped is entering house name (Baan Ragang) in Google maps, in this case google gives precise location of the house.

Positive: I really liked that the host was very thoughtful in decorating and arranging the space. The little details like tissue boxes around the house and sanitary bags were really helpful. My favourite part was the common room (living room/dining room). It was nice to be able to have a meal with my whole family in the comfort of the room, and my cousin and i had a blast with the board games in the living room. The beds were also really comfortable. The host even came down to hand deliver us a small christmas gift, which we really appreciated.
Negative: not something that the host can really fix but the road and entrance to the house is really cramped. We struggled to get our car inside.
Summary: The home was comfortable for my family of 5 (all adults), and it catered to all our needs.
