Summary: My stay was pretty good! However, I have a few complaints: Items left on the menu that were no longer available and low water pressure in the bathroom sink and shower.

Summary: Was a nice hotel. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Location was good. Amenities offered were about the same as anywhere else for half the cost. Biggest disappointment, 2 person room, one regular coffee and one decaf coffee for a cheap single cup drip coffee maker. That was all there was. Really?? I've had rooms, for less than half of the cost, that had actual Keurig machines with several choices of coffee.

Summary: My stay at the Omaha Marriott Downtown was wonderful - the room was comfortable, up-to-date, and clean. The staff was friendly, the location is great (very short walk to restaurants and shopping), and I love the amenities!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here, but I had to knock a couple stars off for cleanliness. There was a couch in our room that has chrome legs. The chrome was covered in spots that looked like they sprayed cleaner on the floor that oversprayed onto the chrome legs. Not a big deal, but when evrerything about the hotel seemed great, it stuck out like a sore thumb. Secondly, we spilled some water on the floor, and when we wiped it up with a room towel, the towel came up black! It appears that they don't mop the hard to reach places, rather they just sweep/vacuum up the dirt. It was really quite disgusting. Everything else about the hotel was perfect, I just wanted to point out these cleanliness issues so that they may be corrected. We will definitely be staying here from now on when we're in town.
