Positive: This place is set in a truly spectacular setting. The café/chill area is such a nice and relaxing place to sit down. The guesthouse is walking distance from shops/restaurants and the lake nearby which is beautiful. Santosh the owner couldn’t have been more welcoming and obliging. My hut was clean and spacious, with a little terrace at the back offering a stunning view. I was unaware before getting to Hampi that you can't cross the river by boat during monsoon season so it takes approximately 40 minutes in tuk tuk. I would recommend for those his stay in South Hampi (which I also did for a couple of nights) to also spend at least a night or two in North Hampi, as it offers something completely different –beautiful green countryside and natural beauty!

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at Om Shanti Om! The location is great, stunning views everywhere and the village is still close by with many food options. Santosh was such a great and kind host and made us the best breakfast and chai every morning! The property is really nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable and there‘s a cozy common area. Definitely would stay there again, thanks Santosh!

Positive: Our recent stay at this hotel was a truly wonderful experience. Tucked away in the lap of nature and surrounded by lush green rice fields, it offers a tranquility that's hard to find. The views from the room were spectacular, providing a perfect backdrop for our relaxing getaway. The hotel grounds are spacious and well-maintained, perfect for kids to play in. Our child had a blast running around and enjoying the freedom of the outdoors. The available parking was also more than sufficient, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. While the on-site cafe wasn't operational, the host graciously arranged for food to be delivered from a nearby cafe. And what a host he was! His genuine warmth, kindness and welcoming nature made us feel right at home. Overall, if you're looking for a peaceful and family-friendly retreat with a truly exceptional host, this hotel is a fantastic choice.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at Om Shanti. It felt like a little oasis and the setting is beautiful. We slept really well, enjoyed the views from the balcony and chatting to Santosh, the host. He is a great guy and helped us with any little question we might have had. Staying in North Hampi rather than South was definitely the right decision.

Positive: Fabulous location. Beautiful surroundings. Good staff. Santosh was very friendly and he even arranged for a car for my day-trip to Badami, Aihole. Regal - the guy in the cafe - was very nice too. The food was good. Overall, i had a really nice stay.
