Negative: Well it has sheet roofing, which I was not aware. But yes they did provide cooler as well.

Positive: Perfect location for homestay experience, especially to seek peace and experience village life, extra ordinary cooperation and support from owner, my deep thanks to Mr. Rishi for providing me information and help, very enthusiastic person. Thanks Rishi. Property is close to NH 66 highway, it would be good choice for anyone visiting kumta gokarna and nearby tourist destinations, neat and clean, 24 hours hot water. And most importantly owner and staff is very much helpful supportive and cooperative. And all these for very much affordable price. Highly recommending for group family and solo travels.
