This family home sits in an acre of land (approx. 4100 sq metres) with a large private pool (11 x 6 m). Its location at the foot of the mountains gives all round stunning views whatever the season. It is quiet yet close to many beaches, restaurants and many tourist attractions. 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bike to reach the famous Olympos beach and ruins where you will find numerous bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Other nearby beaches include Adrasan(15 min), Korsankoyu(25 mins), Phaesilis (30 mins).
The house has 2 floors. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large balcony. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 is en suite, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a cozy living room. There is a large covered patio, an outside loo and a big terrace with a barbecue and seating area. All bedrooms and the living room have air-con. There is a caretaker lives in a nearby house and a secure car-parking is on site. The garden is well-maintained and has a variety of mature trees, including fig, orange, peach, apricot, mulberry, almond, walnut, apple, olive. The pool is regularly cleaned. This coast is rich in Greek, Roman and Lycian history and there are many historical sites within 1 hours drive, including Myra, Demre (St Nicholas's church) Kekova (The Sunken City), Arykanda, Rhodiopolis, Lymira. The neighbouring village of Cirali is home to the famous Chimera mountain ( the mountain of continuous flames).
A 30 minute drive will take you to the cable car which goes up to the summit of Mount Olympos (Tahtali)
The local town of Kumluca (30 min) has a thriving fruit, veg and clothes market on Fridays as well as numerous supermarkets and the neighbouring village of Adrasan (15 mins) has a smaller but similar market on Sundays.
There are many activities to do in this area: water sports, rock climbing, hiking, para gliding, canoeing, quad biking, deep-sea diving, boat trips, etc.

Summary: The house is very comfortable and lived-in, very clean with everything you could need. So many comfortable rooms, balconies porches and areas to sit and socialise. Air-con in every room. The garden is huge and fascinating with hammocks and comfy chairs in every shady nook. The pool is large and modern and very well maintained. In a quiet rural location, 5 mins drive from the restaurants at Olympos, and a good shop 5 mins walk away. The hosts are delightful, discreet and very helpful with great communication. A real gem of a place.

Summary: This was an incredible place to stay - i cannot recommend it highly enough! The villa is wonderful and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more! The rooms are clean, sizeable and comfortable with aircon in every one and there is a wonderful homely feel. We were lucky enough to stay when the wisteria covered the outside of the villa beautifully. The grounds are unbelievable with a huge pool, brilliant terraces, lovely green spaces and the children loved visiting the chickens and looking for tortoises. We also loved playing table tennis, relaxing by a fire in the gardens and having bbqs in the brilliantly tranquil surroundings whilst sampling local (and very drinkable) wine. This really is the perfect place to relax and the views are breathtaking - definitely somewhere to stay in any season. It is situated in a perfect place to relax but has so much to see close by too - the beach is unbelievable and the local area has a perfect mix of accessible shops, tourism and unspoilt landscapes and rich culture to explore. Above all, we cannot thank Apo, Selina and their family enough, I have never stayed anywhere where the owners are as caring, attentive and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and we were looked after in every way imaginable. They are a wonderful family who went above and beyond to make our holiday one we will never forget. We feel blessed to have found such a perfect place to say with a wonderful family as owners. You will not regret staying here and we really hope we can go back soon!

Summary: We had a great holiday. The house is large with a great verandah which we spent most of our time in. The pool is excellent, unusually large for a holiday home. The grounds are extensive and include wild tortoises! The hosts were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble e.g. making bookings for boat trips. They improved our holiday experience immensely.
