Positive: Olwen is a pretty new accommodation we were 2 , myself and my daughter and we found it Very comfortable stay with all the amenities required for a quick couple days stop over Breakfast was very good, concise with a good just right mix of continental and South Indian Very near to a mosque as well just in case any Muslim pax , this will be a good add on Near to lulu mall. So that made it a good escape for some good window shopping One challenge is getting an auto/taxi in the evenings especially during week ends Since it’s near to the mall all autos uber or rapido all go full booked and also the weekend traffic near the mall is another reason for delayed auto service We had to catch our bus from ERN to BLR , and lo behold we could not get an auto at around 8.30 pm on a Sunday evening even after 30 minutes We were saved by the kindness of Noufal , the owner of Olwen Suits Melt who took us in his car and literally dropped us to the exact bus pickup spot even during peak rush hour . God bless really a very helpful and kind soul . So all in all Two thumbs up A pleasant place to rest over In case we rerun the trip ,would definitely stay there again

Negative: Washroom for some reason early morning did not have hot water don’t know why Secondly i had lost my room card and the hotel charged me 500 rs for this door card loss I’ve been in many hotels such as Radisson blue and other high end hotels and all seem to have no such policy to charge on loss of any door access card That was the only couple of hiccups

Positive: I recently stayed at this hotel during my Christmas holidays, and I truly enjoyed the experience. The room was very clean, and the washrooms were well-maintained and hygienic. All the amenities provided were excellent and added to the comfort of the stay. The hotel also felt very safe and secure throughout my stay, which gave great peace of mind. The highlight for me was the buffet breakfast—it was outstanding, with a great variety and delicious taste. Another big advantage is the location: the hotel is situated near Lulu Mall, making it very convenient to explore the city. Metro access is also easily available, which made traveling around simple and hassle-free. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
