Positive: We were for the first time in Halkidiki and choose this location because of the favorable reviews. We spent a quality time there and I let you know why: - Close to the less noisy part of Sarti beach, even though it is not on the beach - Pleasant privacy, because the big courtyard (an olive tree orchard) embraces the property. The main street passes by the property, but by closing the window you don’t hear anything - Generous and safe parking in the courtyard closed by a gate (you receive a remote gate key, just in case) - Simple, but well-designed interior, with stone beige and black, even though the rooms are not large - And the cherry on the cake: every one of the 4 basement suites has its own private swimming pool, wonderful for kids! The other 2 suites have access to a private jacuzzi on the roof floor and 2 balconies. - Good Greek style breakfast: yogurt and small sandwiches, cakes and fruits which is served by the pool. Still, don’t expect an English breakfast! - Pola, the warm-hearted young owner of the place, is always available to answer a question or to fix a problem. Use WhatsApp whenever you need! Bottom line: if you are looking for a cheap place in the crowded part of the village, forget about it! But if you are looking for a private, silent and pleasant place close to the beach, this is one of the best choices you have.

Positive: We had an amazing time at Oliveira Suites. The apartment is brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed. The private terrace with a hot tub was a highlight – We loved relaxing there every evening. The staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful. We arrived late at night, and they organized dinner (gyros!) for us. Breakfast is served in the room, always fresh and on time. Parking is available, and the location is ideal for exploring the stunning beaches of Sithonia. Everything exceeded our expectations – truly a place we would return to without hesitation!

Negative: Honestly, everything was perfect. No complaints at all!

Immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and offers a luxurious feel. Every detail is thought out to perfection. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing breakfast, which was lovingly handmade and beautifully presented. It was delivered right to our door each morning, adding a personal touch that we absolutely adored. The family running the business is incredibly kind and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, always with a warm smile and helpful attitude. Their hospitality truly made our stay special, and we are so grateful for the extra mile they went for us. The location is just perfect—only a 4-minute walk to the beach, yet quiet and serene, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Positive: The suite design is exceptional, it's a pleasure even to just look around 😊 The host is a very warm person, always trying to make our stay more and more enjoyable. We like it so much that we would like to return 😍

Negative: Some people are complaining about car noise. Indeed, there is such noise, however it didn't bother us, so it depends on each person. The breakfast had lots of sweets and bakery, but the host was willing to change it slightly to accommodate my diet. The kitchen is a bit small, so don't expect to cook complex dishes.
