Positive: Very polite and welcoming owner. The fact that it has a private pool and is close to Sarti. The kitchen is well equipped to cook simple food and breakfast. Big fridge. Wi-fi and AC in all rooms.

Negative: Slippery tiles in the house, stairs, bathroom and even outside around the pool when wet, dangerous for small children. No privacy in the pool area; the backyard is somehow connected with the other houses and there is no fence in between so if you have one of the houses in the middle you swim and rest with the guests of two more houses while you have eye contact even with the guests of the fourth house. In the pool's overflow area where dead cockroaches and we also found one alive up on the small bathroom. Very early check out att 10:00 o' clock in the morning.

Summary: Different from our expectations and overpriced.

Positive: Good villa, with private parking and private pool. We enjoed uor stay there. Quiet place Villa well equipped. Everything what is there was working. Pretty far from sea, so please keep that in mind. Lack of trees on teritory

Negative: Recomendation is to put some partition between pools to have more privacy in pool. When you want to swimm, neibors from other villa will see you.
