Summary: Was very clean and all staff were efficient and polite

Summary: I was in room three. first the shower was not working and there was only one towel for a double room with two occupants. There was a lot of noise from what I think was a generator in the room below. This was my worst night in a hotel.The room was clean and set up on point.

Summary: Good service at reception, no issues there. Room was cold when we arrived, it could have been warmed up using the air con, it took an hour for the room to warm up. There were 2 of us staying but only one towel, which had holes in. Could have done with an extra pillow but there were no extras in the room. Definitely stay there again, it’s really convenient for the local amenities and is suitably priced. A good stay, which could be a great stay, if a little bit more thought had been given to us, as guests.

Summary: 2nd floor room Room was tired, aircon unit in ceiling was damaged. Water stains in ceiling tiles. Bathroom could have been cleaner, stains in toilet etc. Generally comfortable and as tidy as the decoration allowed. Food was good and breakfast good selection.
