Positive: The helpfulness of the caretakers and the spaciousness of the apartment. The location is OK, but outside the apartment the area is busy and dusty. Not idyllic, neither is gurgaon.

Negative: Very poor communication between the booking site, the "owners", and the caretakers on site. As a result the caretaker is unsure if payment has been made, and if the visitor has requested early check in. Not a pleasant experience early in the morning after a 10 hour drive. The caretakers later turned out to be very nice, after a needless tiff.
