Positive: Nice property with a great restaurant Saltt. Excellent food. Comfortable rooms. Went on a two hour trek organised by hotel with Sumit which was excellent.

Positive: Food was great, and so were amenities. We were accommodated for 1 hour early check-in which I truly appreciate .

Negative: But I personally feel the property is "over-commercialized" to the extent it is visible in upsells and cross sells. Also, given how many people frequent from Mumbai and Pune, having a loyalty program could be great. Also, during my special requests, I asked for a birthday cake - which never showed up.
