Summary: Cold’s Castle is very well appointed and beautifully decorated! The house is very clean and in a quiet area, which we enjoyed after busy days in Charleston. It was great to be able to walk to Shem’s Creek for dinner and boat tours. Very refreshing!

Summary: Great home in a great location. Beautifully decorated with great amenities including a washer and dryer as well as all the items needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. Quiet neighborhood which is great for traveling and sleeping with small kids. Also great location, only a couple minutes walk to Shem Creek. Parking can be hard to find so it’s great you can easily walk there. Unfortunately I didn’t have a property manager to contact about a painting hanging by one corner, I was just afraid it would fall and get damaged.

Summary: We really enjoyed Colby's house. It's clean, well stocked and in a great location, walkable to lots of restaurants and a quick drive into Charleston. Colby was great to deal with and responded quickly to all my inquiries. One thing to note is the listing claims there's a gym but there def isn't one.

Summary: This home is very lovely and is decorated so pretty. We stayed here for our son’s wedding and the location was great. Easy to get to our venue and restaurants and it was very enjoyable. Colby was very helpful and was quick to get back to us whenever we had a question. I highly recommend this home!
