Positive: The location is superb. Everything is a few minutes walk away and the area is very chill. There's often music from the bars nearby, but the sound isolation is great so you can sleep peacefully. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment is modern and clean. The shower was lovely. The host was also great; very responsive and helpful!

Negative: Nothing major, but a few very basic things would have made the stay even better. For example, some outlet adapters for European visitors would come in extra handy. They cost less than 2 euros so it wasn't a huge deal, but having them at the apartment would have been convenient. Also some laundry detergent. Again, it would cost cents per guest and make a big difference. One of the towels provided had some green colors to it, and we did find a massive cockroach in the bathroom on the last night of our stay, but I assume they normally come from the street sometimes, since the entire building seemed to be very clean.

Positive: The property is well managed, I received a welcome message with clear instructions and I received prompt feedback once I needed to contact the property manager. The apartment are sparkling clean, new and provided with coffee machines and coffee capsules for the first days, well appreciated.

Negative: Some works in the building but starting in any case after 10 am therefore low impact.
