Due to the current problem with covid 19 we have a 24 hour break between lettings for cleaning and disinfecting, we are doing our best to protect you and ourselves and would appreciate you doing the same.
Old stone cottages and barn,,(ref 6471743 & 6475877) simple and rustic, sympathetically renovated to retain many of the original features, surrounded by gardens, meadows and woods, with no passing traffic..School cottage has a large bedroom with double bed, linens provided with a view across the gardens, pond and nearby woods. Kitchen has coffee maker, kettle, oven ,hob, microwave and fridge.WiFi available. There is a private patio & BBQ. The shared solar heated pool is located to the side of the cottages,
Shared washing machine and small farm shop with home grown fresh produce
Throughout July and August many of the local villages hold marche nocturnes an ideal way to dine al-fresco when the streets are closed to traffic and the whole village joins in eating, and drinking of local produce, sometimes with inter village games , craft stalls and music

Summary: Beautiful property, stone and beams inside, very rustic, equiped with everything you could need including BBQ and very comfy bed! Wonderful views whichever way you looked, a lovely pond where I saw fish, frogs and water snakes! The owners Sarah and Tim are fantastic! Such lovely friendly people with a wealth of local knowledge! (Including advising us of the best way to get to the rugby in Bordeaux!) I must also mention Tia, their rescue dog who we became very fond of! Such a well behaved friendy girl! Lots of nice places to visit a short car journey away! Cute villages, towns and Chateauxs to go wine tasting! 🍷🍷🌞🌞 We had an amazing time! Would definitely recommend! 🙂🙂🙂

Summary: Trois Maisons provided spotless,comfortable accommodation in lovely old farm buildings. Sarah and Tim made sure we had everything we needed and lots delicious tomatoes and produce from their garden. They have created wonderful grounds with shady trees/sitting areas and pool with plenty of sun loungers . We totally relaxed sitting next to the huge pond full of lillies and frogs and enjoyed exploring nearby by foot and on the bikes. We enjoyed the chickens, ducks and all the wildlife and of course fell in love their great dog Tia. A very French country holiday with the added bonus of a kettle!

Summary: Great property with rustic charm and lots of outdoor space for kids and places to perch in the evening to watch the sun set. The pool was very welcome. Rural yet well placed for Bergerac, Perigueux and the Dordogne valley. Sarah and Tim were great hosts.

Summary: Welcoming hosts, lovely gites and relaxing pool all set in a stunning rural setting. A great escape from the daily grind and to realise how life should be lived. Only downside was having to leave!!!

Summary: A really lovely place to relax and enjoy the surrounding areas. Lots of places to visit but just as nice to stay put and have fun by the pool. Tim and Sarah are lovely hosts and very welcoming. Will definately be visiting again!!

Summary: This is the 4th year in a row I have visited Trois Maisons. I have travelled with family both Young a old. Sarah & Tim have put their hearts into their gites and it shows. They are also great hosts and will do everything they can to ensure you enjoy your stay. Villamblard is remote but easily accessible by car with many interesting places to visit. The cottages are comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for your self catering stay, with home grown produce available too. There’s also lots do on the farm plus a very welcoming pool.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Trois Maison. Tim and Sarah made us feel extremely welcome. Beautiful setting and a lovely spacious gite. The children loved the pool and the adults were thoroughly relaxed! Highly recommended.

Summary: Great surroundings. We had everything we needed in School House which was very clean and well maintained. Sarah and Tim were very hospitable and very approachable if we needed anything. The pizza evening was very enjoyable.
