Positive: The old house and grounds, the lovely, huge, spacious room, the staff, and closeness to eating venues. The do it yourself breakfast and kitchen worked for us.

Negative: The shower recess (window frame and sill) need a scrub or lick of paint. The wash basins need a good scrub, I felt.
