Positive: It was great to meet Claire as she was super helpful and friendly from the beginning. The room was large and very clean, with its own bathroom, and had a french door with direct access to the garden. They had a big trampoline in their garden that my son could use and he enjoyed very much. She gave us some recommendations in the area and we went out for dinner to a pub nearby where the food and the ambience were great. In the morning Claire offer us a great continental breakfast with lots of different options, while chatting to her, that gave us a great start of the day.
