Positive: Location on a private gated estate. Golf course nearby. On site, kids play area, Tennis Court, private beach and walks. Half hour walk to Kilrane Inn, wonderful food. 10 minutes drive to Rosslare port for the ferry. Nice area and several things to see and do. Kilmore Quay pretty, Courtown also worth the drive. House clean, comfy large bed. Easy parking outside of the property.

Negative: Not sure the scatter rugs around the house are a great idea, look lovely, but on a tiled floor, and having mobility issues, were not really safe.

Summary: Lovely modern home with excellent facilities nearby. Quiet estate.

Positive: A very nice house in a calm and beautiful site, close to a beautiful beach. We enjoyed our stay there, it was quite relaxing and it was also a good starting point for our sightseeing trips.
