Positive: Friendly welcoming member of staff named Megan, lovely room, clean and everything you need , comfortable bed, good tv with added bonus of Netflix overall excellent experience, value for money, and a lovely cooked breakfast that was nice to have hot, breakfast staff warm and welcoming and pleasant and informative, made to feel very welcome, my wife and I thought how friendly the whole experience was.

Negative: Nothing really, we recieved an e mail saying restaurant would not be open on the evening we were staying, which was not really a problem as we were well informed, so overall all good.

Positive: Staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful. My bed was extremely comfortable, and breakfast was excellent.

Negative: My room was quite cold. There was an additional heater to use, but I didn't!

Positive: Very Nice helpful staff , easy check in . Dinner was lovely and reasonably priced Bed was clean and comfy

Negative: We stayed serval times before and always were very pleased . This time but disappointed . Floor was bit dirty looks no hoover was used . The Toilet panel was taken off and lying on toilet Lot of dirt in bathroom and shower paned very dirty , wife cleaned it easily up . Mugs still had old coffee marks in and water in kettle
