Positive: The beds were SO comfortable, I slept for 11 hours straight! :-) The location is super and everything you need is in the house. The owner and family are very helpful and very kind. I would recommend this place and will stay here again when I return to Kutaisi!

Positive: This is an excellent guesthouse. It is very central for Kutaisi sight seeing and leaving on day trips, but was still very quiet. Room was very comfortable and warm with the heat pump/air conditioner. Very clean and the kitchen facilities were great. I have booked again for my next stop in Kutaisi.

Negative: Availability of a washing machine would make this place perfect.

Summary: Great location, clean, comfortable. Will be staying again.

Positive: Great accommodation in the city center. New and beautiful! Everything is within reach. The young staff will arrange everything, including car rental, trips, or give you advice, and luggage storage is also possible. Everything was done quickly and reliably, plus the best bed in Georgia, just soft and wide! Thanks! Everything you need in the kitchen, plus a nice place to sit on the terrace. We considered many and made a good choice. We wish this place all the best. Thanks, we definitely recommend it!

Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. They are offering car rental, tours and transfers from airport and many other places. Hotel is located in the very center of the city but there is still quite. The building itself is historic and full of charm. It used to be a gymnasium school in the old days, and now it’s beautifully renovated. Everything is new and clean. They have good balcony where you can hang out or rest there. What made the experience even better was the host, Maho. He’s incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Thanks to him, I felt truly welcome and cared for his attention to detail and hospitality made the stay unforgettable.
