Positive: We were 4 people and the apartment was spacious enough for all of us. There was also everything we needed to make breakfast/dinner and the little terrace was a nice place to hangout (it’s good to be prepared with mosquito spray though). Both bedrooms have a window equipped with a mosquito screen, which is great if you want to sleep with an open window. The area is very quiet and it’s a quick walk to Bagrati cathedral. It’s good to have your own car or know the common taxi apps since the apartment is located on the more hilly area of Kutaisi. Depending on your mobility and luggage amount it is walkable from the center (20/30min), but once in a while it might feel easier to drive up. The owners were very friendly and quick in communicating.

Positive: This is a beautiful cozy house with everything you need for a short or long vacation. Freshly decorated, clean everywhere, full kitchen equipment, even some food - sweets, tea and coffee. A wonderful hospitable host gave us a free ride from the bus station to the house in his car and treated us to a bottle of good homemade wine. Very comfortable beds, dark and quiet at night, fresh air, a magnificent view of the mountains. Around the house there is a small well-kept garden with cats who really want to make friends with you :) The tourist center of the city and some beautiful tourist sites are a 15-20 minute walk down the mountain. We vacationed as a family of three, we are all very happy, and you'll love it too, I'm sure!

Negative: For us it was absolutely not a problem, but the way home included the obligatory 180 steps on the stairs and additionally about the same distance in height without steps on the road between the houses up the mountain. Excellent fitness after a hearty meal in the restaurant )) The gas heater makes quite loud noises, we preferred to turn it off at night, fortunately the weather was not too cold.
