Summary: We are a family of four and had a great stay in this house. It is especially good when you are staying with young children since the garden of the house has a fence and on the other side of the street is a nice little playground. A great place from where to explore the interesting cultural sites in the area. Be sure to visit the restaurant/hotel along the road to Rhaunen.

Summary: This is a quiet, cosy and clean farmhouse located away from it all! However, there are lots of little towns all within easy reach. It was ideal for us as a base to spend Christmas. Luckily, when we arrived the snow had mainly gone (though, of course, we missed the atmosphere this would have given). The facilities in the house itself are generally very good. It is well provisioned for all the things you might need. All of the rooms were clean and tidy and the bed linen and towels were all of a good standard. The only thing missing was an internet connection. But, that was a small price to pay for what is a well-appointed and welcoming house.
