Positive: This venue was modern and attractive. The pool area as well but this is the only positives that I have on this stay

Negative: As you read this review please take into consideration that tropical storm Ernesto just passed through here. The islands electrical grid was damaged and most of the island was without power. That being said this hotel would not provide a refund if I cancelled only offering to move my reservation without cost. I couldnt do that as my schedule is very tight. Unfortunately they made up the room and changed our towels once during our 4 night stay and only upon request.

Summary: I had high hopes for this place but it left me disappointed… it just felt like a money grab first and customer service w

Positive: All staff was very friendly and thoughtful. The view was amazing and the room with the private deck gave a very luxury feel. We were there only 2 days but it was the perfect place to immediately unwinded from a busy life.
