Positive: Excellent location, nice that you can easily get to Scarborough and whitby under 30 mins. Lovely and quiet, great views over Scarborough. Clean and comfortable bed, best sleep weve had, shame we couldnt take the mattress home with us. . James the host is a really friendly guy.

Positive: Easily accessible, only a small step in the front door, and after the small lip it was easily manoeuvrable.

Negative: The small lip into the main area after the front step, surprised me until I got used to it, although it was funny watching my friend stumble and give it evils lol.

Positive: Amazing location,, peacful and very quiet.Beautiful countryside, with easy access to many places to visit. Everything you need in the cottage, which is well designed and very comfortable and cosy. Very friendly, lovely host in James, available if you need him but respects your privacy too. Our stay exceeded our expectations, a great place.
