Negative: They need to work on the key handover, we had to waited outsdide in rain for one and half hour because they gave us wrong code for locker to collect the keys, we had to chase customer service team to find out new locker code.

Positive: Quiet, rural location. Great for walks and driving to different areas/attractions in the Lakes. We had the upper floor apartment (number 5), was clean and bright. All looked newly refurbished. Bedding, towels and bath mat all smelled lovely and fresh. Good water pressure, so the shower was great. Local pub, walkable, food was good, Also, nice local village shop, a couple of minutes walk. We had a wonderful time. Thanks
Negative: Nothing much not to like. We knew from the details on the property that the little lane in was tight. We had a fairy big 4x4 which we had to just drive in very slowly. The seating area outside could do with the bushes and overhanging branches being cut back a little.

Positive: Great little apartment in a good position. Clean and in good condition. The facilities are all you could ask for, for the three of us.
Negative: Slightly tight getting in if your not a confident driver, but there is other parking available on the road. And the flat below had completely filled up the bin, which gave us a small amount of anxiety, but overall top notch.

Positive: Ideally situated to explore the Southern Lakes and surrounding areas with National Trust tourist attractions near by. The apartment was extremely comfortable,light and airy tastefully decorated with a homely warm feeling. Furniture, beds/linen were comfortable. Well stocked Kitchen appliances etc . We would thoroughly recommend and will definately like to book again when we next visit the area.
