Positive: The location was brilliant, sea view and only minutes from all the shops, bars and restaurants in the old town. The property was spacious for our family of 3 and it was great having a kitchen with coffee machine, fresh orange juicer and a fridge. The owner was very welcoming and met us on arrival and departure. He left fruit, coffee and drinks in the fridge for us to enjoy.

Negative: Nothing- it was great!

Summary: A spacious flat with sea views and a perfect location. If we came to St Sebastian again we would stay here.

Positive: Excellent location. Close to the old town and easy walk to beach. Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Provisions left by owner for us to use was an unexpected but welcome inclusion.

Positive: Outstanding experience. Property was very well stocked and immaculate. Great location in the old town walking distance everything. We had a late arrival and the manager was very helpful to facilitate this.

Positive: Great location, with views to the sea and the surfer beach. Really nice apartment, well arranged, comfortable bed. The kids slept on the bed-couch in the living room, which is big enough to not have to change it back all the time. They provide not only breakfast, but also oranges to press, plus yogurt, cookies, beer, wine and cava, ... The underground garage provided is a real asset in San Sebastian. Bittor, the super friendly and nice person who came to hand us the keys and explain everything about the apartment, came immediately (within 45 minutes) of our message, even though it was lunch time for him. At night we had an issue with the window blinds getting stuck, and the host came right away the next morning to fix them.

Negative: Maybe the shower could be improved (it's in the bathtub). Everything else was great.

Summary: Excellent stay, very comfortable although pretty expensive
