Positive: Fantastic place to stay. Sorry we only booked one night. Very caring welcome. The hotel looked after our driver well too. Fabulous room (701) - we could almost touch the waterfalls from our balcony. It was difficult to tear ourselves away. Lovely bathroom also overlooking the falls with double jacuzzi with lights!! Real luxury. Food was delicious - my husband reckons the best curry he has ever eaten (and he is a connoisseur) and the string hoppers for breakfast were beautiful. Lovely, helpful staff made it a perfect stay. Thank you very much.

Positive: Warm and friendly despite the formal appearanc at first. The staff and the watefall are amazing. Rooms could be cleaned a bit better. The management is quite open to feedback. We were invited to a homecoming of a wedding and to a small personell party. It was very nice and warming. Thank you, we had a great time. Do swim in the levels of the waterfall here. It is amazing.

Negative: Room cleaning (to western standards) could be better.
