Positive: Incredible service - staff went above and beyond to make it a special stay for us. The whole place has a lovely relaxing atmosphere, beautiful beach - you can order from your sunbed, towels provided, beach bags in your room. It feels like every detail has been thought about to make your stay as perfect as possible. Lovely food. Loved it. The staff upgraded us from a swim up shared, to a private pool suite and it was absolutely gorgeous. The whole stay was such a treat from the moment we arrived.

Negative: Wouldn’t change a thing.

Positive: Looks beautiful. Rooms were nice. Good layout.

Negative: The room service was hit and miss. Most days something was missing. Cups, coffee, milk and we hardly ever had water when we got back to our room. We were greeted with a welcoming bottle of wine in a bucket of ice. Lovely except the wine was half empty. The food in the restaurant was very poor so we ate out for the rest of our stay. Especially as it was all very expensive for what it was. Sea bass on grated vegetables and sliced grapes is simply not up to scratch. Nor is deep fried prawns that taste of nothing but the batter. I could go on. I don’t mind paying for quality food. In fact I like good food but unfortunately that wasn’t. Not even close. Also the snacks and beers around the pool were again over priced. I’d expect it if I was at the Ritz but not there. Consequently I didn’t see many people drinking, eating or having fun around the pool. It all seemed very serious and a bit boring to be honest. And one last thing, I ordered myself a taxi to go to the local town Marmari, it cost me 12€. When the front desk ordered me one it was 35€. These things put an unpleasant taste in one’s mouth and need addressing.
