Positive: We had an absolutely amazing stay at Caserella and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The pool was fantastic, the staff, when needed, were incredibly helpful and attentive, and the host was genuinely wonderful. A particularly lovely touch was arriving to find the fridge and cupboards fully stocked with delicious food and drinks—it made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Every detail had clearly been thought of, and nothing was ever too much trouble. A beautiful place, an amazing host, and exceptional hospitality. We would absolutely love to return!

Positive: Immaculate villa with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Excellent communication from the owner. Welcome pack was really nice which made settling in easier. Bed linen and towels, robes and slippers excellent quality. We would book again.
Negative: Unfortunately due to the time of our stay 1st weekend in April the local restaurants in walking distance was closed. I would recommend travelling from May onwards. Sofa bed ideal for children under 12yrs.

Positive: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Stay in Kos! From start to finish, our experience was exceptional. The customer service was legendary! Before we even arrived, the team sent us a personalised itinerary filled with their favourite local spots for food and activities. Any time we had a question, it felt like they replied within minutes — genuinely the most attentive hosts we’ve ever had. One evening there was a big storm, and they immediately checked in to make sure we were okay and to see if anything needed fixing — such care and attention really stood out. The apartment itself is beautiful — tucked away in a peaceful area yet only a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The outdoor space is far better than the photos show, with plenty of seating and a lovely sense of privacy. The private pool is surprisingly large (around 5m long) and perfect for cooling off. Inside, everything feels fresh, modern, and well thought out. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. What really impressed us was the thoughtful welcome pack — soft drinks, beers, a bottle of wine, and enough essentials to last the whole week. It made settling in so easy and stress-free. We honestly can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thank you for making our holiday in Kos so effortless and enjoyable!
