Summary: Very welcoming staff and the room was spacious and very clean and comfortable . Great food for both dinner and breakfast. Staff at all times were very helpful. Wish Okinawa had a better public transport system to get about if one doesn’t drive but this is no fault of the hotel !

Summary: Staff are wonderful and always want to help you. Most of them spoke enough English that I was able to communicate well. My wife speaks Mandarin Chinese and one staff person even spoke native Mandarin as well which was very helpful. However, the property needs some work. I think it’s seen better days. Our duvets were torn and ripped. The shower didn’t drain properly. The air conditioning was moderate. No screens on the sliding door, and lots of bugs coming in so we couldn’t keep the door open to get fresh air. After swimming in the outdoor pool I got sick, and that’s when I realized there is no chlorine in that pool. I don’t think it’s maintained well and probably full of germs. The jacuzzis near the indoor pool were lukewarm and one didn’t even work. The indoor pool water was warmer than the jacuzzi water - not a good sign. The outside of the building needed a power wash ASAP. It was not attractive. Many of the lounge chairs at the pool were dirty most of the time, so there were very few options to hang out by the pool. Not a good value, especially since it’s so much work to get to the beach on top of all those issues. We might as well have stayed at the Best Western near the beach. In summary we would not stay here again.
