Positive: This is one of the most beautiful places we've stayed in. It is clearly kept with love and care. The owner Helena attends to every detail, is very friendly and always available for any question. The house was impeccably clean and very well-stocked. Furnished and decorated with taste. The view is astonishing. You will not get enough of that balcony and garden. Within a couple of minutes walking you have a couple of lovely beaches.

Negative: Nothing negative to note. Good to know maybe that there is quite a strong wind every afternoon until late evening. This means wavy seas which are maybe less suited for small children. In the morning it's very calm. The good thing about the wind is that it keeps the mosquitoes away.

Positive: We booked Oikia Eleanthi for an extended family holiday (6 adults and 1 infant). The house was amazing, spotless and fully equipped to cover all needs. There are gorgeous sea views from the front balcony/veranda with direct access to the beach (1min walk for a rougher/more adventurous beach and 10mins walk for a beach with sun loungers, cafe etc). The hosts were friendly, waited for us to arrive, handed over the keys and explained everything in detail. A couple of times we needed their help during our stay, they were very responsive and helpful. Oikia Eleanthi is best accessed by car and you can easily drive to multiple places of interest such as Preveza with ease. We tried some of the many, local restaurants, some are within walking distance from the house. We're looking forward to another stay at this beautiful house!

Positive: The house is like from a fashion magazine. provides a completely new type of tourism. it's much more relaxed. no noise and rush like in a hotel. the view of the sea and the breeze on the terrace gives a feeling of happiness and peace. time flows more slowly and the feeling of time spent is longer. in front of the house is a narrow steep path to the sea. a great place to be alone, breathe the sea air and watch the waves in the evening. 3 minutes away is a decent beach with sunbeds, a nice and clean café. and pleasant people. near is a Greek restaurant with excellent food. the tables are in a nice yard, in the shade of the trees. food can be taken away and eaten on the terrace overlooking the sea. there is no crowd. The house itself has everything we have in our house and great internet, Netflix, board games and much more... Who wants a reboot from work and other obligations, this is a hit.
