Summary: I was told that all the amenities were up and functional before checking in, but when I arrived to Ogleby resorts, I was told the hot tub was working, and then when I got to the hot tub, it was not working and not functional cobwebs in the ceiling of the room no shampoo in the bathroom and the body wash was ripped off of the wall. Call the front desk to let them know about the hot tub, not working. It was told the maintenance crew was on their way and the maintenance crew did not show up.

Summary: The good Zoo is two minutes away and the encounters are wonderful. The hotel site is in the middle of beauty. Would definitely return. Visit was early March and trying to visit the glass gallery was hard bec of their liminted hours and then it was closed for inventory.

Summary: We were very pleased with our clean nicely equipped room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The weather was very cold so we couldn't do much outside, but it is an unusually cold, snowy February. Food at Skyline Kitchen and Bar was good and there's a nice view from the windows. Trace Chophouse was a disappointment...quite expensive, and the food was not worth the price.

Summary: We had a very enjoyable stay at Oglebay Resort. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, with plenty to do for families and couples alike. The atmosphere is relaxing and feels like a true getaway, especially with the scenic views and outdoor spaces. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. While some areas could use minor updates, the overall experience was excellent and we would definitely return
