Summary: Nicest places I have stayed in Venice LA to date. Recently renovated, clean and practical indoor space, patio outdoors. Has all the essentials - grill, fridge/freezer space, washer/dryer, vacuum sealer, and had plenty of offerings as far as cooking supplies and condiments in fridge. Host was great with communication. Located on site in Cypress Cove Marina so ideal of chartering there. Would stay again.

Summary: Great accommodations for six guys on a customer fishing trip. Most of the guys had previously been to Venice and said that this was their best accommodations and they would plan to stay here again on their next trip. We will definitely be back next year. Our captain was able to pick us up directly from the back yard in the morning. The unit has a vacuum sealer and had plenty of condiments etc in the fridge from previous guests. 5 stars all around.
