Positive: Decent room at a reasonable price, in the very center of Enschede. I don’t think the common areas of the B&B were operational, but I didn’t have a need for that. My room at the back of the building was quiet even on Saturday.

Positive: The apartment is spacious, very clean and in a convenient position in the city center. Paulina, the host, is very friendly.

Negative: The whole building has had very little maintenance over the years, and it shows. The shower smelled really bad, it was like showering in the sewer. Not all beds are comfortable and one of the single beds is really squeaky. Considering all these issues the apartment is a bit too overpriced for what you get. The Oekepoek apartments on the other side of the street are much better.
