Positive: The host Morgan was very professional and helpful. He came to greet us even though he could have just told us how to enter the property using the door code, and showed us around amenities of the apartment. He was easily accessible by phone. The place was clean, very tastefully decorated, and gives a true tropical vibe. The kitchen is very well appointed, with great up-to-date appliances. The bedrooms are cozy, the beds are comfortable. There are laundry facilities, though we did not use them. As a family of 4, we were very comfortable, as the place is spacious with many different spaces for everyone. The wi-fi was really fast, and consistent. The view of the ocean and the property is truly spectacular, and relaxing. Lovely!

Negative: The elevator was out of order, and that made the walks to and from the apartment a bit tiring, but at least I got in my steps for the day!

Summary: An excellent weekend getaway in a well appointed space.

Positive: The ocean view spectacular. Unit was professionally decorated but very comfortable. Very well appointed kitchen that had essentially everything needed to cook a 5 course meal.

Negative: We had spent a week in Negril prior to going to Ocho Rios, and the beaches in Negril were much nicer than the ones in Ocho Rios. Most of the beach front properties are privately owned, and only available to their guests. The public beaches in Ocho Rios are somewhat dirty because of their location near boats and other industrial areas. Also not a lot of beach side dining in Ocho Rios like there was in Negril.

Summary: The unit we stayed in was by far one of the nicest units we have rented, The view is breathtaking
