Summary: There was 9 of us and we all enjoyed our week stay. The home was beautiful and the view was amazing. The KRAIN team was very helpful and on top of their game. Summary: Casa de Grandes Vistas exceeded expectations during our recent trip to Costa Rica, accommodating our larger group with ease. The spacious home offers four large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and stunning ocean views through sliding doors. The main bedroom opens directly to the pool and gym. The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep simple, featuring two coffee makers, a Keurig, two dishwashers, a large fridge/freezer, and an array of cookware and spices. The modern laundry area was quiet and efficient.Outside, the infinity pool was the highlight, offering breathtaking views and the perfect place to relax. Mornings brought the sounds of howler monkeys, and evenings were spent around the cozy fireplace. Although the steep hill to the house seemed daunting, our 4x2 SUVs handled it fine, and fitness enthusiasts will enjoy the uphill walk.Nearby grocery options include Automercado (more variety, higher prices), Maxi Pali (cheaper), and the convenient Luperon store. Hermosa Beach is closest, with other stunning beaches like Calzon de Pobre and Conchal worth the drive. Dining at La Casita de Mariscos in Playa Hermosa was a standout.Exceptional service from Gaby at Krain and daily visits from housekeeper Agueda made our stay even more memorable. We’ll definitely return!

Summary: Very happy with the beautiful rental (although the drive up the uber steep hill to the home is not for the faint of heart!). The 4 primary bedrooms were all great, has large, beautiful indoor and outdoor living spaces and breath taking views. The 5th, separate bedroom not as nice as the others but certainly adequate. There were a few maintenance issues but the property manager dealt with things as needed. Loved our stay!

Summary: The most breathtaking view ever! We loved the infinity pool and outdoor patio. House wasn't too shabby either! We had 4 couples - each had own bedroom and bath, with a bonus apt if needed. Highly recommend. Beautiful home to spend your vacation! We loved the quieter beach, lunch and dinners at Hermosa over the more crowded Coco Beach. Check out the local Pescado Loco restaurant. Cooked at the house grill a couple of nights too. Felt very safe in a gated community and gated home. The conceirge was super friendly and helpful during our stay! Amazing home for an amazing vacation!

Summary: This place is incredible, for once the property pictures did not do the house justice. Every single room is nice. Although it is in a development it feels very secluded. Only one thing I would mention is that there was no communication in advance on how to check in. Only the day before they sent vague instructions via the VRBO app, but the app was not working to pull up the messages on my phone. An explanation one week out at least on the exact check in process as well as the address would have been appreciated! Eventually Krain sent me an text (when I used my laptop to send a message using VRBO), but it was a picture and none of the links worked and still no address. Once you have the address (I found it by searching for Casa de Grande Vista in google maps!), you let Krain know what time you will be there and they meet you at the guard gate out front. That was never explained in any VRBO or text message, I only found out when I called the agent 15 minutes out. Once we were checked in David our agent was excellent and so were the breakfasts and cleaning every morning.

Summary: Gorgeous home, with great outdoor space and amazing views. House mom was great and cooked delicious breakfast. She was always present while simultaneously giving us privacy. Access to the property is an experience and adventure. Many restaurants near by offering great choices and variety. Playa Hermosa offers a nice quite beach experience with plenty of wild life surrounding you. House is only 30 minutes from airport and an hour from many activities such as volcanoes park areas and many other amenities.
