Summary: We had family over from the UK and friends joined us at the end of our trip for a few nights, there is plenty of room for everyone. Everything you need is at the house and some extras which helped us. The store is just around the corner but it does not stock what you think it might, so take your food with you or Margaret River stores are 15 mins away. An easy walk to the beach which was great. Beautiful views from the house too. My only downfall for the house is that the noise from the floorboards will wake you if you have early risers in the house. Our host was great and answered any questions we had and it was easy to gain access.

Summary: Property in good condition & the location is excellent with easy walk to beach/reef. Only one AC upstairs which won't cool downstairs if it's really hot with no wind.
