This 100 year old home is loaded with charm and was the queen of the shore in its hey day. This charming ocean view, 4 bedroom, 2 bath unit went through a complete remodel and completed May 2023!!. All new appliances, furniture, in unit washer and dryer and central A/C. Located conveniently on 11th Ave, with 1 dedicated parking spot, in family friendly Belmar. This unit welcomes you, your family, friends or reunion to ocean living.
No need for planning a full day at the beach, come and go as you please with the 6 beach badges, 6 backpack beach chairs, 6 beach towels and 2 umbrellas provided. Don't worry about salt or sand, rinse off in the outside shower, then come in and put your feet up to watch the surf or surf the web. Please be aware that we rent to families or groups age 25 or older only.
You will never want to leave deck. But if you need to cool down, central air will keep the inside cool. And there is a washer and dryer in your unit for your convenience. Summary: Awesome house. One of the best places we’ve stayed at the Shore. Clean, plenty of room, great deck with view of ocean and so close to beach. Being able to get up and see the sunrise over the ocean and go for long walks on boardwalk was amazing. They even provided plenty of chairs for the beach. Host very responsive. Highly recommend this house.

Summary: It would be helpful if we could have checked in at an earlier time. You lose a whole day with a 4 PM check in time. The cleaners were still at the house when we were able to get into the house at 4. The kitchen was well stocked and functional.
