Positive: The location was excellent! They are located close to the beach and to the main strip of the town. The room was very clean and the staff kept us well stocked. The mini fridge was a nice perk. The free coffee and hot cocoa in the lobby was nice too! The only thing to beware of is there is not elevator, so handicap travelers will need to request a first floor room.

Negative: Dragging the suitcases up 2 flights of stairs was not fun. There is no elevator available and we were on the 3rd floor. Everything else was awesome!

Positive: The staff (front desk and cleaning staff) was very friendly. Room was the cleanest I have seen for a long time. Location was perfect. Love that it was a smaller hotel.

Negative: I would have loved a vending machine w bottled water.

Summary: Oceanic was fantastic. I will be back next year
