Wonderful, pet-friendly, and beautifully decorated 3/2 home on the water that’s perfect for a vacation or simply relaxation. It’s located on beautiful Cudjoe Gardens Key with direct ocean access with no bridges. There’s a marina within walking or rowing distance. Check out the nearby Marvin Key video.

Why rent paddle equipment when our vacation rental includes multiple standup paddle-boards (SUPs), kayaks, Canoes, life vests, and paddles. We are constantly updating our paddling gear so check back often. We recently moved a canoe from the other location to this row fleet.
The living room is spacious, and we have installed smart devices in the primary living area to make your stay more enjoyable. You can use Google assistant to check on the weather and even control how bright or dim the lights should be. We offer free high-speed internet and smart TVs in every room.
The kitchen has lovely appliances, and we recently installed a new microwave and air fryer for those looking for healthier alternatives. There's even a freezer outside that can be used for bait and your fresh catch. We offer both a traditional coffee machine and a Keurig K-Compact for those seeking something different ( feel free to bring your favorite flavors).
Oceanside and Gulf side boating await for those interested in exploring the Keys. If you hire a guide, you can explore offshore beaches on the Gulf side that we consider comparable or better than many of the beaches on Dr. Beach's list. Every once in awhile a seaplane will take someone to these beaches because the locations are just so wonderful (see the video someone posted about Marvin Key which is in the backcountry).
We are really working hard on our BBQ and grilling capabilities. We acquired a Weber grill.
Looe Key Reef is an easy trip by boat or charter. The home itself is has a great screened in area that overlooks the swimming canal. Great place to have a cup of coffee in the morning or night. Inside you’ll find a warm, comfortable home that’s completely furnished and ready to go. There is plenty of parking, so you do not have to pay to store your trailer somewhere else.
For relaxation purposes, we have installed wall-mounted 4K Ultra high-definition TVs with Chromecast built-in. These TVs are smartly connected to the wifi provided by AT&T fiber. Netflix, AT&T, and Disney+ are available. Of course, all trademarks and content belong to Google, Disney, AT&T, ESPN, and Netflix.

Summary: This was our second stay here and the upgrades really made this a stand out property. The seawall + fish cleaning station and new pilings made it so seamless to have our boat ready to go every day, fence was perfect for the pup. Will absolutely stay again.

Summary: The house is as described in the listing. The host was very responsive when we had a minor issue when we arrived. There are both pros and cons to the home. Pros: Location - the house is located in a nice development. Very quiet, all neighbors were very friendly. With Key West 20 miles south and shopping about 8 miles north. Very convenient location. The dock is very nice, with ample cleats to secure your boat. A boat ramp (small fee to use) is very close by. The WIFI in the house is very good, no issues and more than ample speed. The outside furniture is very comfortable. The TV’s in each room were good The layout of the house is very nice, with an open floor plan in the living area Con’s: The house is clearly a rental property, not someone’s home that is also a rental. The house definitely needs some general maintenance and tender loving care. The cleaning crew did a just ok job. I would not say the house was dirty, but it definitely wasn’t guest ready clean.

Summary: A retired couple and a sheltie stayed here for a month.The property is spacious, clean and well stocked. Everything worked well and if not, was fixed or replaced asap.The owner, Kris, is friendly and communicative. Lots of options for TV programming which could be overwhelming for someone who is not familiar with HDMI options. The provided kayak having a seat with a real backrest is comfortable and fun to paddle along the canals.

Summary: The property worked perfectly for us and our Labradors. Left my Whaler tied up in the backyard most of the month, launch ramp within walking distance. If you bring a boat, study the charts. Close enough to Key West for easy day trips. Nothing too far away but everything far enough to be a quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again.

Summary: We stayed for a month and enjoyed every moment! The property was clean, had everything we needed and was close to the marina and channels for offshore and gulfside adventures. We entertained family for the first couple of weeks and it was big enough for all of us to be comfortable. We battled wind for a couple days but never felt cramped in the house when we couldn't get out on the ocean. The last couple weeks we got down to business for putting fish in the freezer and it served us well for that too. The only thing that could have pushed this one over the top is a fish cleaning station, but that is definitely not a complaint or a must-have for fishing. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the lower keys. Will be back!

Summary: I was pleased to see the 60s architecture and study the surrounding area and history. always amazed by the plants and gardens. I would like to ave seen this home to be more Fla decorated and the yard a little more attractive. it had a good kitchen and all the appliances were in good shape. I would say, all it needs is pinking and planting up a little. all and all our stay was pleasant and comfortable.
