Positive: The location and house was amazing! Communication was great! Only suggestion is to update the master bedroom mattress and turn up the heat on the showers water, we like a HOT shower. thank you!

Positive: The fact that it’s right on the water was perfect for us, also the fact it came with kayaks made it so we didn’t have to bring ours.

Negative: My only minus would be the size of the tv’s. It’s not really an issue because we only used them at night but they could be a little bigger because of the distance away from viewing areas.

Summary: We had an amazing stay and everyone had a great time.

Positive: Really cute property that has been recently remodeled. It’s a great spot on the water. Loved the kayaks. Bikes were also available. Game room on site w/ pool, ping pong, darts( no darts available), Basketball (no balls avail) tennis, hot tub, swimming pool. Great lounging by the bay

Positive: Very clean and inviting! The different places to sit outside near the water was a wonderful touch

Negative: I did not dislike anything. I would suggest that they offer a tire pump for the bikes and maybe add some baskets to them. The could use some maintenance but was great to have them to ride around the resort. Great place to stay

Positive: Perfect location to visit most areas of the keys and Key West! Cudjoe key is the perfect area to stay in my opinion.

Negative: The neighborhood was super cute but super crowded. The pool and deck chairs were impossible to get unless you were staying all day and got out super early. Wish the bicycles had been in working order.
