Summary: The property worked out well for us as we had multiple families staying in the two units. It permitted us to be “together” but also allowed for privacy. One draw back currently is that walkable beach access is very difficult because of all the construction.

Summary: Condos are nice. Beds are decent, pillows are pretty weak. The supplies are ridiculously minimal. Bring your own toilet paper, garbage bags, spices, coffee…. You name, there isn’t anything there. Maybe that’s the standard for Daytona, or that’s the norm for corporate managed VRBO… it was a first for us. And, we have used VRBO on four different continents. All details of check in and internet in an email… no book of information inside… so if person with email was gone.. no one else knew anything. Internet didn’t work in one unit. When management was told, nno apology or anything. Simply, we will let the owner know. Property backs up to water pump station, so lights are on all night and some noise. Towels are poor quality and stained. For the rental price, I expected more.

Summary: 1. There is definitely NOT parking for 4 cars unless you all drive mini coopers. 2. The floors could use a better cleaning. 3. The place is nice and DID NOT have a musty smell like many beach places do. 4. Nice furnishings and beds were comfortable. 5. My opinion** windows in bedrooms need curtains as the blinds let in too much light at night and wakes you up early. Personally on vacation I may want to sleep past daylight.

Summary: The stay itself was great. Very convenient to all the locations that we visited. The only issues that we had was the trash pickups. Also one of the units didn't have a trashcan outside . We loved being able to walk to the beach with no problems.
