Summary: Very nice ocean view…ocean side clean comfortable house. Lots ocean toys boogie boards, buckets etc. Grandparents, parents, grandkids, 17 total everyone had their space.

Summary: I understand that we're only a few weeks removed from recent hurricanes, but the fence and stairs are hazardous. There's rusty nails and rust in general all over the place. The inside was nice, but the outside areas need alot of attention and repair. It's not safe for kids

Summary: We had a great time at Atlantic Sunrise with the main house and cottage. We had a large group for a family reunion and there were plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces. We made good use of the kitchen, deck and pool. Having private beach access was a plus. We were conveniently located to restaurants and activities. It was a very nicely decorated house and cottage but a little difficult to maneuver for handicapped in wheelchairs due to little step downs etc. but we made it work. If we were to come back in the future we would stay here again!

Summary: The house layout was excellent for a large family with small children and grand parents. Great kitchen and appliances to accomodate large group. Pool and proximity of beach were perfect for numerous short trips. Nice and quiet even with a few condos nearby. Just need BBQ upgrades. Would recommend to others for family vacation.

Summary: This house has everything we needed. The view is unbelievable. The pool was clean and refreshing after a day at the beach. The open floor plan in the house made it easy to enjoy everyone. This was our second trip to this location and plan on booking again.

Summary: The property was accommodating for the size of our group There was 1 pack and play and 2 walkers which helped with our children. The laundry and kitchen appliances were nice. The induction stove was in need of repair and the pots and pans were pretty worn and you can’t just use any pan. The pool area was spacious but needed a lot of clean up and the pool was full of sand on our 1st day. Access to the pool from the home is not handicap friendly which was important to us. Overall the home and cabin are nice. The bed all had foam pillow top covers. You should plan to buy your paper products there were not any extras supplied.
