It is located on the 5th floor directly in the center of this only three wide condo, direct oceanfront privacy, on the NO DRIVE beach! If you would like to drive in the beach access to the beach ramp is only two doors over.
All newly Decorated with brand
new bedroom furniture, beds, new living room couches
and chairs!
Other things to note:
There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the unit or on the balcony’s . Please go out back if you must smoke :)

Summary: Mom and I had a good time staying in this condo. Beautiful ocean view and large balcony! Very comfortable bed in second bedroom that has replaced one of the bunk beds. Could use some new cushions on balcony furniture. Great place to stay all in all!

Summary: Location was perfect. Clean and spacious condo. One thing I would change would be have a tv in second bedroom. The rugs got on the way a lot almost fell a couple of times so we stored them out the way. Five star’s regardless, was a perfect stay with an amazing view.

Summary: The condo was very clean and well kept and very accommodating it was decorated beautifully there was plenty of room for our family the host Mrs Jill responded to all questions in a timely manner the condo had everything needed for a perfect vacation we really enjoyed the view and the large balcony and yes we would definitely rent again Mrs Simpson
